Flexi-Diet

Flexible dieting, or flexi-diet, is a more relaxed way to keep on track with Nutrition, calories, and weight for the long term.

While calorie counting, you give yourself a daily limit of calories, and try to stick in that limit.  I use a Fitbit tracker and the Fitbit App to do this.

I also use Nutritional Calculators such as  VeryWellFit  and  Foodstandards.gov.au.

Being flexible means that, if you have a day that is more like a calorie explosion, you can get back to it the next day. If you have a blow-out, it's cool, just eat a big ol' salad the next day. Then can still reach your weekly targets and you're still on track.

No need to stress. No need beat yourself up. More flexibility means you stay on track for longer.

Please take note:  This is something that works for me personally.  I am not a professional nutritionist, dietitian or doctor. It is always important to seek medical advice and consult a medical professional prior to partaking any diet or excercise program.
